- Subscription Services:
- New Subscriptions: If You are a new subscriber to a paid plan and are not satisfied with the Service, You may be eligible for a full refund if You cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial Purchase date. This applies only to the first subscription purchase per Account.
- Billing Errors: In the event of a proven billing error by the Company, We will issue a refund for the erroneous charge.

- If Contractored provides direct consulting or project management services, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and typically only if the service was not delivered as agreed upon in a separate service agreement.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
Unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Services Rendered or Used: Any part of a Service that has been accessed, utilized, or consumed by You (e.g., active subscription period beyond the initial refund window, digital products after download or significant usage).
- Subscription Renewals: Refunds are generally not provided for automatic subscription renewals once the renewal charge has been processed, unless otherwise specified in the initial subscription terms or due to a proven billing error. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling prior to renewal if you do not wish to be charged.
- Third-Party Services or Purchases: We are not responsible for refunds related to services or products offered by third parties, including contractors or clients using our platform. Any issues with services provided by a contractor on our platform must be resolved directly between You and the contractor, according to your separate agreements.
- Transaction Fees: Fees incurred by third-party payment processors are generally non-refundable.
- Disputes with Contractors/Clients: Our platform facilitates connections and project management. We are not a party to the direct service agreements between clients and contractors, and therefore, cannot issue refunds for unsatisfactory work or disputes arising from those direct engagements.
- Breach of Terms: No refunds will be issued if Your Account or Service access is terminated due to a violation of Our Terms and Conditions.

Refund Processing
